Fantastic Pet-Friendly Hotel
fab location friendly staff welcome boxes
The location is fab and very easy to reach. Parking was easy, and a lovely park is located right next door, perfect for dog walks. All staff members were friendly and great with dogs, especially Jack (he. The dogs received their own breakfast and welcome boxes (that's so cool!).
The carpets in the room needed a thorough vacuuming. I noticed quite a lot of dust, especially behind the doors.

Breakfast was great with plentiful options and quick service. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail regarding dietary needs. The breakfast room was clean, bright, and well-organized.

The Double Room had comfy bed and sheets, and a great shower with consistent water pressure. The room had blackout curtains ensuring a dark and restful sleep (a huge plus!).

Parking was convenient and located close to the entrance. Made loading and unloading luggage very easy. The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the building. This allowed me to stay connected for work and leisure.

Jack was especially helpful. He quickly sorted our parking. Sami and Sammy were attentive during breakfast. They couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed (such great service!).

i was impressed by the nespresso coffee machine in the room. the large, fluffy towels were a luxurious touch. i also appreciated the high quality toiletries provided. the dog also received a welcome pack, which i thought was a thoughtful gesture.

comfortable beds great hotel
the staff really did, and i really appreciated it. the food was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. it's a great hotel for using the town, it provides convenience.
the room wasn't particularly well kept, showing signs of age. i paid a certain price, and the upkeep didn't quite justify the cost.

the check in was EASY. free CAR parking was useful. The location was convenient for my needs.
i had hunters chicken AND bacon with chips that was watery and soggy. Chicken was not fried golden and same for the bacon very bland looking.
